She speaks her mind and tends to be very opinionated, which causes problems for her sometimes. She sometimes gets into very impulsive moods where she'll go and do whatever it is that first comes to mind. Background: Although Jeanie grew up in an average family with parents that loved her and had lots of friends, she was an alcoholic by the time she was 14. She had began to experiment with friends as most do, but ended up hooked without even realizing it. She was a mean drunk which eventually caused her friends to fall away, leaving her isolated. She fought endlessly with her parents over the subject, of course because she didn't believe she had a problem at all. Jeanie's drinking finally got to the point where it was literally destroying her family, as her parents were exasperated to the point of taking it out on each other by that point. As one last ditch effort they tried to get her help after her 17th birthday. This erupted into one grand-scale fight between everyone which ended with Jeanie getting into her mother's car and taking off. Far too drunk to be driving, inevitably she wrecked, crashing into another car and seriously injuring herself and the passengers of the other car, which included two children. She broke her arm to the point where her bone actually came out of her skin, but that was about the worst. The people in the other car had similar injuries but recovered well afterwards. This began a nightmarish era in her life. Her parents had practically disowned her, leaving her alone to get herself out of the mess she created. The family she wrecked into ended up suing her and she only recently finished paying what she owed them, five years later. By that point she had either missed or couldn't remember so much of high school that she just gave up and dropped out. The courts had ordered her to get help and placed her in a support group that eventually helped her to get her cosmetologist license so she could support herself. She still attends their meetings today. Unfortunately for her, she's tried contacting her parents, who at first was hung up, but now don't even answer her calls. Misc: Jeanie's been sober for five years and the only habit she still has is smoking, a thing she has no plans on giving up. She has a very large problem with people that believe that alcoholics can never change and gets very upset if told that. She ended up having to pay out $750,000 to that family she wrecked into. She had to work three jobs (stylist, clerk at a clothing store and a convenience store clerk) at one time and is just now getting a little bit of money for herself.
